An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time (37.5 hrs) Band 7 Clinical Lead to join the CAMHS Crisis Enhanced Treatment Team (CCETTS) in Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will be based in the Lincoln CAMHS HUB primarily covering the North of the County, although at times will be expected to work county wide; driving is essential.
As clinical lead you will provide the expert knowledge within areas of specialism in relation to young people’s mental health and support the clinical team to work jointly with the Team Coordinators in supporting the delivery of high standard of clinical care for young people experiencing an acute episode of mental health deterioration. This includes ensuring improved physical health monitoring, care delivery and parity of esteem.
You will hold a case load of complex cases and will have a key role in supporting young people in a timely and effective manner, on their journey in and out of a tier 4 admission.
Provide leadership and work in partnership with service users, their carers and colleagues in CAMHS teams.
Provide effective formulation and clinical supervision and play an active part, joint with the Team Coordinator in the professional development of the clinical team.
