An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Procurement Department for a Contract Compliance Officer based at South Western Ambulance Service HQ at Exeter assisting the Head of Procurement. South Western Ambulance Service covers 20% of the landmass of the UK so we are a very busy and dynamic organisation, enabling the Trust to meet the increasing demands of the Health Service

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake and manage contract compliance for procurements across a range of products and services. The role will be dealing with contract compliance from the project initiation through post award compliance to contract and Business case benefit realisation. This will include liaising with senior managers and contractors, ensuring best value and the delivery of savings. The role will also be expected to support other procurement functions as necessary.

The successful candidate will possess or be working towards their full MCIPS (or equivalent) accreditation.

This is an extremely busy and interesting department to work in. You will meet a different challenge every day and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team providing a first class procurement service to the Trust.
