Whether you are a Registered, Senior, Principal or Consultant grade Psychologist, join the team at Healthlinc House, where you’ll enjoy support as you develop your skills and career.
Working 37.5 hours a week, with flexibility in your working practice, you will join Healthlinc House, a 23 bedded service for men and women with Learning Disability and/or Autism, often with additional complex needs, including mental illness and personality disorder. Service users may be detained under the Mental Health Act, with some also having formal forensic histories.
Alongside this service, you will also work closely with the team at Healthlinc Apartments and The Cottage, which are the hospital’s on-site step-down services, which provide residential support for people who may be ready to return to the community.
As a Registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist, you will have experience in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and with the provision of specialist assessment and treatment for people with learning disabilities & autism, co-morbid disorders and trauma histories.
You will be a part of a skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team, including Psychologists, Consultants, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists and Nurses. You will be responsible for line managing and supervising Assistant Psychologists and PBS Therapists.
At Healthlinc House, you will enjoy clinical supervision by the Regional Head of the Department and have access to learning opportunities and tailored CPD training. You will be a part of a growing network of Psychologists across Elysium, including Registered and Assistant/Trainee grade Psychologists.
Healthlinc House is situated just outside the cathedral city of Lincoln, in the village of Welton, which enjoys good public transport links and local amenities.
