Do you want to be able to support the Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin? Do you possess initiative, an eye for detail, good organisational, analytical and communication skills?

We have an opportunity for a key member within our Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (22.5 hours). It has been recognised that the intensity of work during the pandemic has taken its toll on the health and wellbeing of the local workforce. The Staff Wellbeing Hub has been developed to support the psychological wellbeing of all NHS and Social Care staff providing them with a safe and confidential space to check in, see how they are feeling and discuss additional support that they may require.

The role will provide business support to the operational manager and the team, proactively monitoring and validating data and information as well as supporting HR procedures and roster lockdown.

The post holder will be required to extract and analyse complex information fromelectronic information systems, providing regular reports to the Operational Lead and Service Manager.

The postholder will have an NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The successful postholder will possess discretion, initiative, an attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
