North Hampshire Children’s Therapy Service – Operational Manager for North Hampshire Locality – Fulltime 37.5 hours, Band 8a substantive role. The team is based across two sites, Adelphi House in Basingstoke and Aldershot Centre for Health.

This is a great opportunity to join our in Solent’s Child & Family Service Line to support us in the operational management and delivery of high quality health care. Working in partnership with other organisations, as well as with our primary care colleagues and community specialist services, we provide great care which keeps our patients - children and young people with their families at the heart of everything we do.

As a progressive Service line we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to the fulltime role of Operational Manager for our Integrated Children’s Therapy Service in the North Hampshire Locality. This role will provide both the operational and clinical leadership requirements for the whole service having responsibility for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech and Language Therapists delivering high quality health care to the children and young people 0-19 years referred into our care.

The successful applicant will be based in North Hampshire and work across to support the wider team. The post holder will be accountable for the operational delivery of safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led clinical delivery within this service. Supported by the management team, they will lead the development of health services that are integrated with our health, social care and education partner organisations within the wider systems of North Hampshire. This role requires both proven experience of professional leadership in children’s services and operational management.

They will be part of the Therapy Leadership Team and the wider Child & Family leadership team and have an excellent peer group to draw support from as well as excellent training and development opportunities available.
