Use your excellent administration and communications skills to provide accurate, attractive and up-to-date information for our patients and to maintain our website, monitor our social media channels and answer queries from patients and public by email and phone. In addition, you will be involved in a broad range of projects driven by the Business Support and Communications Teams. You will be comfortable using a range of business and communications platforms and take pride in the standard and accuracy of your work.


You will be responsible for keeping our printed and digital patient information up to date, liaising with our operations teams and external suppliers, for maintaining our website to a high standard using WordPress CMS, updating and monitoring social media and distributing internal communications. You will be expected to generate some content and to proof read so excellent writing and grammar are essential. Comfortable dealing with a broad range of people, you will handle enquiries from patients and public on a daily basis. You will play an important part in many corporate projects such as employee events and our employee forum.


This role will suit someone with administration and communications experience, who is looking a varied role working on a range of projects. You will be used to using Microsoft 365 suite and social media.


Building excellent relationships to provide good internal customer service is key, as is the ability to work without direct day-to-day supervision, on your own or as part of a team working together on projects. You will share our values of providing excellent patient care and creating a supportive and nurturing environment for colleagues.
