Go To Doc are currently looking to recruit a Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave for 9 months (possibility of extending to 12 months) to be based at our small and friendly within Tameside & Glossop CCG.

This long established practice has a list size of approximately 4,200 patients, a high standard of achieving QOF and a good CQC rating to ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standard.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated GP to join our team for Wednesday 9.30am - 18.30pm, Thursday 8.30am - 15.30pm and Friday 9.30 - 18.30pm

Our friendly and supportive team is comprised of time and two part time salaried GPS , two Advanced Nurse Practitioners , practice Nurse, HCA and a supportive admin and management team.

Our appointments are all 15 minutes with a mixed model of Telephone, Video and face to face. Our clinical system is EMIS web, we also use Docman 10 and accuRx. Experience in these systems is desirable but not essential.

The practice closes every 3rd Thursday afternoon for essential training held by Tameside & Glossop CCG. GPs are also entitled to 5 days study leave per year pro rata.

Our practices at Go To Doc are keen to hear from newly qualified GP’s and can offer Tier 2 visa support for those qualified GP’s from overseas subject to relevant checks.
