Widening Participation Administration Apprentice -
Band 2 - Fixed Term Contract for 15 months

Do you like to communicate, get involved with young people and want to be part of a high achieving team then this exciting and interesting apprenticeship would be for you. Based in the Learning and Development department and a member of the Widening Participation team you will have opportunities to work across the RUH and across our RUH partners. You will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

• Administration tasks including filing, photocopying and scanning support to the team.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with queries/requests taking detailed messages for team members.
• To open and sort incoming/outgoing mail
• To provide admin & clerical support to the team including typing documents and inputting data on to appropriate databases.
• To assist in arranging meetings, circulating agendas, taking, recording and writing up minutes, distributing minutes and booking rooms.
• Email monitoring and responses to queries coming into several inboxes.
• Supporting the front of house reception when required

You will be required to complete a 15 month Customer Services Apprenticeship working with and alongside the team who will support you through.

The hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 08:00 – 16:00, subject to change if a service need requirement occurs.
