We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and service focused individual to manage our team of Housekeepers as a Housekeeping Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Housekeeping team who have and continue to play an essential role through the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role you will support Solent NHS Trust in maintaining hygiene standards for our sites while we continue to provide critical services to our community.

This role will work in our on-site housekeeping services within Royal South Hants and the Western Community Hospital and a vaccine Centre in Southampton. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Housekeeping department, including wards and general areas whilst working within budgeted hours to achieve the required standards.

You will need to have previous team leadership experience, have the experience of working within a domestic environment as well as the knowledge and experience of the National Cleaning Standards 2007 and working towards implementing the new 2021 cleaning standards

The hours of work range between Monday - Sunday and will include Bank Holiday working. This will be discussed at interview.
