About the Role

The Digital Support Analyst will be integral to the delivery of the organisation's technology requirements. The successful candidate will provide customer focused advice and support via a range of methods (including telephone, face to face and email).

With the upcoming roll-out of Office 365 across the organisation, experience with this would be beneficial but not essential to the role.

The post-holder will:

• Be part of the digital team

• Provide technical administration services to the key systems within the organisation.

•Troubleshoot issues that arise with key systems within the organisation and take ownership of the issue through to resolution working with third party providers

• Proactively maintain key systems within the organisation for data and information collection

•Assist in the delivery of training to clinical and non-clinical staff in a wide range of systems

About You

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.

You will have the ability to organise and prioritise work along with an understanding of and commitment to service improvement. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment for instance using up to date knowledge of IT systems and technology.

The role will be based at CHoC Hilltop Heights in Carlisle but will be required to travel to other CHoC bases across Cumbria. The role is full time with some weekend working required.
