gtd healthcare is currently on a digital journey and looking to recruit a Capacity & Workforce Planning Manager, a key function to ensure our workforce rostering patterns are continuously aligned to service demand.  

 

The post forms part of the Information & Digital Delivery team, where the prime function is to achieve its digital ambitions by improving the experience for our people, patients and services through organisational efficiencies.

 

The post holder will work in direct collaboration with the Business Intelligence function to extract demand profiling data and translate into meaningful rostering patterns to cover all services within gtd healthcare.

 

We are looking for an inspirational advocate to support clinical service delivery and performance management throughout the entire footprint.  The role will require a strong analytic mind set within various data sets, with the combined ability to translate this into operational delivery within a MDT approach.
