Solent NHS Trust have an exciting opportunity to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT)team as Clinical Manager. You must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker or AHP equivalent.

CRHT are a multidisciplinary team working across a 24hr/7 days a week shift pattern. They offer urgent assessments to the population of Portsmouth who present in psychiatric crisis. They are an established team offering high quality assessment and care including alternative to hospital admission and supporting safe early discharge.

You will need to be highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic. The position requiresexcellent leadership skills and would suit someone with existing experience looking for a change. Your role will require you to work core hours Monday- Friday 9-5 but some flexibility may be required

Key responsibilities include: supervision, appraisals, performance management, recruitment and general day to day management of the team ensuring people have timely access to our service.
