We have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Systems Administrator to join our HR Department. This role is based at our Head Office in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations) with remote working available and a competitive salary on offer.

Job Description

As a key member of the HR Department you will be responsible for all HR administration, as well as HR Systems related queries via our iTrent HR system.

  • Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: 1 Park Square West, London NW1 4LJ

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To respond to iTrent Self-Service and People Manager user queries including creating new iTrent log in details, resetting passwords, calculating annual leave entitlements, amending and creating working patterns, creating positions, maintaining reporting lines and responding to queries regarding timesheets
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of the iTrent organisation structures, ensuring that it is a current and accurate reflection of the organisation’s hierarchy. To provide expertise on the upkeep of the structure and ensure major restructures are executed in a timely manner
  • To maintain the HR payroll processing on a regular basis, submitting paperwork to Payroll in a timely manner. To process new starters, job changes and leavers on iTrent system (permanent (monthly payroll) and Bank staff (weekly payroll)
  • Work with HR Systems Manager to resolve system errors.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven administrative experience of working in a fast paced HR environment
  • Experience of using HR systems and, in particular, iTrent
  • Experience of working in a customer service and continuous improvement environment
  • Experience of dealing with a range of enquiries by phone, letter, email and face to face
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records
