The Organisational Development and Improvement Team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust are a committed, warm and professional team of colleagues who are passionate about using evidence – based approaches and organisational development principles to improve the staff and patient experience. We want to support people to enjoy, and feel valued in, their jobs, developing leadership and management skills as they need to throughout their careers.

You will provide expert advice for complex change and OD projects where culture shift or behaviour change is a key element. co-creating the OD solutions that improve the experience leaders, managers and colleagues have of working at our Trust.

We are looking for someone who wants to embrace a role that is at the heart of delivering our workforce strategy, believes in our Trusts values and see every interaction as an opportunity to role model them.

Organised and with a flair for creativity and innovation, you will be confident in communicating, partnering and engaging staff at all levels of the organisation. If you have experience of developing and rolling out organisational development initiatives and getting results, we would love to hear from you. Experience of working in the NHS is desirable.

To deliver all this you must be a compassionate and inclusive leader with a talent for inspiring and motivating people.. You must have an engaging communication style, a passion for excellence, be able to deliver under pressure, and to time, measurable improvements within the organisation.
