Band 9 Deputy Director of Nursing

ICHT is one of the largest Trusts in the country,with a family of five hospitals on four sites, providing a wide range of services to the local population of North West London and secondary and tertiary services to a wider population of patients. We are part of a vibrant and thriving ICS with a commitment to improving services and care for patients.

We were selected to be one of 14 Trusts to participate in the national collective leadership programme and we are looking for a creative, passionate Deputy Director of Nursing to lead the programme, which will form the foundations of our Nursing and Midwifery Strategy.

As a key member of the Nursing and Midwifery leadership team, you will have responsibility for contributing to a culture that demonstrates our values and behaviours. You should have a track record in leading teams and delivering change in an engaging and thoughtful way. Working in and across teams is an important component of the role. You will have opportunities to deputise for the Chief Nurse at both internal and external commitments, and you will be supported to fulfil your potential.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed how we think and work, and you will need to weave this in to support the Nursing and Midwifery strategic agenda.
