We are recruiting two Crime & Violence Reduction Officers for the Trust due to the rise in crime and assaults against our people.

These two dedicated officers will work under the Violence Prevention & Reduction Lead in order to reduce crime and violence against our people. They will have a key role in ensuring the Trust is compliant with the NHS Violence Reduction Standard and will work with colleagues and managers across the organisation to produce and implement the crime and violence reduction strategy.

This role is for the North of the Trust and to cover the areas of Gloucestershire, BNSSG, Wiltshire & Somerset. The post holder will be expected to travel the geographical footprint of these areas on a regular basis.

The successful applicant will be someone who thrives from working in a small team with a large group of stakeholders, has significant experience in conducting investigations, working with the police and stakeholders to build a safe and secure environment for our colleagues.
