Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director of People this exciting new role will set the strategic direction and lead implementation of all education and training development across the Trust.

The role will see you working with colleagues across the Trust and with partners in higher education, health education england and across health and social care systems to create workforce development opportunities to support the growth of a skilled and motivated workforce.

With a transformative approach you will also lead the delivery of an internal education and training provision to our people which supports them to do their roles safely, enhances skill and job satisfaction and ensures high quality care to our populations.
