We currently have a vacancy within the Service Transformation Team for a Project Support Administrator. Assisting in the smooth and effective running of the busy project team you will provide secretarial and wider administrative support to our Project Managers.

This is a busy and varied role, and you will need to be able to take ownership and responsibility for your work, meeting deadlines required for the smooth running of the projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive approach. Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills will be key in this role.

Full support and training will be provided.

Please note the hours for this role are flexible, there are a maximum of 30 hours available but we are happy to receive applications from people looking for less hours. This can be discussed further with the successful applicant.

The Government has formally announced that it intends to introduce regulations that will require most healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated (1stand 2nddose) against COVID-19 by1stApril 2022.To achieve this the successful applicant must have had their 1stCOVID-19 vaccination by3rdFebruary 2022. Therefore, full COVID-19 vaccination will be a condition of employment unless an individual is medically exempt. We will ask for proof of vaccination during the recruitment process.
