We have a temporary placement opportunity available for a Workfroce Coordinator at Royal Oldham Hospital. The administrator will be providing the following support to the t team.

 

  • Responsible for ensuring all medical rotas are co-ordinated effectively for the designated specialty, deploying junior medical staff as required to maintain service cover. Specifically
  • Supporting medical job planning, rota design and workforce planning.
  • Supporting improved productivity for the directorate.
  • Responsible for the administrative induction of new and temporary clinical staff.
  • Responsible for compiling and maintaining an up to date specialty induction pack.
  • Co-ordinating the attendance of junior medical staff (recording of absence and documentation of return to work interviews)
  • Maintaining compliant and efficient medical rotas for all levels of medical staff in the designated specialty.
  • Facilitation of rota monitoring.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of leave for all medical staff in the designated specialty.
  • Co-ordinating and administrating junior doctor induction days.
  • Co-ordinate and assist in the recruitment of junior medical staff.
  • Minute taking.

 

 

The skills required are

  • Educated to A level or relevant experience
  • Previous experience within a rota co-ordinator post in the NHS or similar.
  • Experience of organizing and prioritizing work for self and directing other to do the same
  • Providing clear, concise reports and options appraisals to
  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
  • Previous experience within a rota co-ordinator post in the NHS or similar.
