This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the growing Digital team at Cumbria Health on Call.

The Digital Development Manager will be integral to the delivery of the organisation's technology requirements. As an experienced IT professional, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in data analysis, work with relational databases, delivering and training on IT systems and providing end-user support.

With the upcoming roll-out of Office 365 across the organisation, experience with this would be beneficial but not essential to the role, however knowledge of new digital communications tools and applications is a requirement.

 

The postholder will:

- Provide technical administration services to the key systems within the directorate and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

- Troubleshoot issues that arise with key systems within the directorate and take ownership of the issue through to resolution working with third party providers

- Proactively maintain key systems within the organisation for data and information collection

- Ensure development of directorate products are aligned with the organisation’s vision and strategy

- Execute / support delivery of system changes within the organisation, working collaboratively within the Digital and Operations team ensuring that all changes are implemented seamlessly and do not have an adverse impact on the stability of the systems

- Oversee the delivery of training / on-boarding for new users (and refresher sessions for existing users) on the effective use of systems within the organisation

- Support the delivery of the organisations performance management framework in the development and support of Business Intelligence reporting systems
