Talking Change is the successful, well established IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service provided by Solent NHS Trust and commissioned by NHS Portsmouth to provide evidence based psychological interventions for the population of Portsmouth.

We have a clinical team comprising of therapists, practitioners and counsellors. The clinical services provided to clients are supported by competent and efficient Admin team and we are looking for a part time Admin Clerk to join us.

The post holder will be required to provide efficient and effective reception duties for the AMH Psychological Service at the Pompey Centre. Emphasis is on the provision of excellent customer care skills in relation to being the first point of contact to members of the public and outside agencies both face to face and on the telephone. The candidate should be able to prioritise the workload, show initiative, be able to work with the minimum of supervision and have a friendly, flexible approach to dealing with staff and visitors to the site.
