Flexi bank employees are offered a variety of shifts across our hospices in east Kent, with shifts available in advance and occasionally at short notice. Flexibank employees are not obliged to accept any particular shifts and this work would suit a variety of circumstances, including as potential secondary employment, or for those individuals needing a degree of flexibility not offered by contracted employment.

We are seeking  well-motivated and forward-thinking professionals to join our team, in supporting the development and growth of our hospices across east Kent.

As a member of the hospice services team, the successful candidate will be involved in corporate day-to-day activities supporting the quality, growth and success of a much valued charitable organisation.

Key duties include:

  • Managing incoming telephone queries, recording details and transferring calls or passing on messages to support the central Administration function
  • Being first point of contact for general hospice queries
  • Working under pressure
  • Actively contributing to service development
