Spire Norwich are seeking a passionate Health Advisor to join their warm and friendly team on a full time basis to deliver a range of Bupa health assessment products & actively work with our customers to identify lifestyle changes that will directly impact their health & wellbeing. We have 4 theatres, 2 wards, comprising of 50 beds, progressive and stimulating environment for our highly motivated team.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Health Adviser you will deliver a range of Bupa health assessment products to the public in accordance with Bupa Health Clinics policies and procedures.  You will promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in accordance with Bupa’s current clinical policies and give individual lifestyle coaching appropriate to client needs with reference to their medical history and screening assessment findings. Tasks will include taking blood, ECG’s, blood pressure and anthropometry.

  • Carry out Bupa health assessment tests in accordance with Bupa Health Clinics policies and protocols
  • Explain clinical results and risk factors to our customers – take them on a journey of how this impacts their health & wellbeing & steps they can take to mitigate this risk
  • Refer customers to a Bupa Doctor as required – work as partners to manage the Customer’s Health Assessment
  • Ensure accurate recording of all samples and entry on Bupa Medical Reporting system
  • Prepare equipment prior to each health assessment session and leave environment in a clean, tidy and safe condition after use

Who we're looking for:

  • You will need to have a degree or a masters in a health related field
  • Experience in Health Assessments would be desirable
  • You will need to have a passion for healthcare
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build a great rapport
  • You will need to be flexible
