This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical or counselling psychologist or psychological therapist to work in our secondary care community adult mental health service for Solent NHS Trust in Portsmouth. You will be based in Recovery Team North and joining a supportive organisation where psychological therapists work closely with other professionals and multi-disciplinary teams.

Our service provides high-quality care across Portsmouth for working age adults with severe and complex mental health problems and has an integrated Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) service. You will be part of a large team of psychologists and therapists. We are looking for a psychologist or therapist who can help provide our therapies of CBT (for psychosis, mood disorders and trauma), DBT, Family therapy for psychosis, EMDR, CAT and ACT. We will provide training in an additional therapy if required in line with the current demands on our service.

The service is based in central Portsmouth and all clinics are provided onsite. Peer supervision is provided for each therapy. We are happy to consider applications from fully qualified CBT therapists who would like experience in working in secondary care.
