This is an exciting opportunity to join Nottingham CityCare Partnership working within the Learning and Education Team providing a range of administrative support functions to support the provision of quality training programmes.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and will provide a confident, friendly, and efficient administration and reception service as part of the Learning and Education Team based at The Exchange Learning Centre. The apprenticeship will be undertaken in collaboration with an approved training provider to achieve Customer Service Level 2 Standard Apprenticeship.

This is an appremticeship opportunity and the rate of pay will be £165 per week.

Training will involve working alongside the team providing reception duties, being the first point of contact to staff and visitors attending training sessions and meetings. With ongoing supervision, the apprentice will provide day to day support and assistance in all work carried out by the department. You will also undertake full administration duties, which will include dealing with training booking requests and enquiries, both in person, over the telephone and via email.
