gtd Academy is a new branch within gtd healthcare, with its current primary aim being to act as a hub for all internal learning and development activity. This will ensure gtd healthcare has a competent, skilled workforce by coordinating the design, delivery, organisation and accompanying processes for training and associated activities.


Due to the growth of this newly formed Academy over recent months, an opportunity has now arisen for an administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.


This position will work closely with our Training Officer and will report to our Academy Manager. There will also be a requirement to link with employees across the organisation who are involved in learning and development.


The Academy Administrator will have the following key responsibilities (full role & duties can be found in the job description):


  • Handling day to day queries directed to the gtd Academy email inbox.
  • Maintenance/housekeeping of our eLearning platform (Bluestream), including adding/removing users, administering changes to roles and departments, keeping staff training records up to date.
  • Support mandatory training compliance by providing monthly reports to management teams.
  • Provide administration support for training sessions (before, during and after).
  • Provide administrative support to meetings related to the Academy, e.g. the Learning and Development forum.
