Would you like to join an award winning NHS organisation and be part of a highly skilled Risk and Safety Team? We are looking for an experienced individual to be the Trust’s security management specialist and work at both a strategic and operational level. The successful person will have a primary responsibility for developing, planning, and implementing the Trust’s security strategy, policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, assessing and reporting on performance and compliance as well as promoting a safety culture. You will provide a wide range of specialist advice and guidance to senior managers and staff on health and safety and security matters and will be a valued member of our team.

The right person will have experience of security management at a strategic and operational level, preferably in a large organisation. Knowledge and practical experience of writing and reviewing policies and procedures, andconductingrisk assessments is essential. The ability to remain calm and objectivein difficult situations is required.
