Would you like to work in a fast-paced Urgent Response team based in the community, which offers a good work life balance?

As a senior nurse you will support some of the most vulnerable patients within our community. Join Solent NHS Trust and enjoy a rewarding career where your expertise makes meaningful change happen.

We offer flexible hours over compressed days with the opportunity to work a variety of shifts. The service operates between 8am -10pm, 7 days a week. We offer full and part time hours.

In this rewarding role you will be treating patients in their home, supporting to avoid them being admitted unnecessarily to hospital, or to facilitate their early discharge from hospital. This team also flexes across the Emergency Department (ED) at University Hospital Southampton with the aim to support discharge from ED. This is a fast-paced role where every day is different.
