We are looking for a motivated Community Staff Nurses to join our busy teams working with people across our community. This is an opportunity to support people in their community, either in their own homes or our integrated care homes team.

For many people in our care you will be an important life-line for them, as such your communication and people skills are very important. You will have faith in your own initiative to deliver holistic care, as well as being able to contribute to a close, supportive team. You will need to be a car owner driver with a full, current driving licence.
