We here at Solent NHS Trust are looking for an experienced and efficient administrator to provide Personal Assistance to the Senior Managers and to lead our administration team in our Inpatients Services for Portsmouth.

In the role, you will provide day to day leadership to a team of Business Support Administrators which will involve setting up a brand-new administration team for the Rotational Therapist Service. Previous Line Management experience would be desirable, however we will provide training and guidance to develop these skills.

You will be undertaking annual performance appraisals of staff and coordinating the day to day tasks to ensure the administration service runs smoothly as well as minute taking for the Senior Managers, organising meetings and clinical diary management so organisation skills are key.

We need you to be a strong communicator who is able to lead and drive the team forward, whilst also engaging with external stakeholders with confidence and empathy.
