We have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our busy HealthRoster team as an eRoster co-ordinator.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider e-Roster team in delivering good customer service by responding effectively and efficiently to incoming queries both via telephone and email. You will act as a first point of contact for queries, advice and support regarding the creation and maintenance of rosters and the correct payment of claims through the e-expenses system. You will be responsible for the administration tasks of the team including regular and adhoc reports, supporting with training and regular communications from the team to the service users including the team newsletter. You will provide support and coaching to the junior members of the team
