An opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Advisor to join a team who deliver a responsive, efficient and effective recruitment service to all areas of the Trust.

This is a fundamental role that will be responsible for advising stakeholders, projects and supporting the attraction strategy within the recruitment team.

The successful candidate must have relevant proven experience in recruitment and selection or transferable skills. They will have experience of successfully managing busy workloads and delivering to tight deadline. Any advert writing expertise would be desirable.

You will advise managers at the point of recruitment submission for approval on how best to advertise and assess candidates, ensuring;

  • recruitment plans are designed and monitored
  • demand planning and talent pipeline initiatives
  • long listing for high volume campaigns is completed on managers behalf
  • assessment and interview best practice advice is shared with managers
  • digital media design to support campaigns and event planning
  • maintaining trust website and supervision of e-recruitment system
  • delivery of recruitment training
  • support Recruitment and Attraction Lead in new initiatives

You will be highly professional, with a customer-centred, problem solving approach, confident communicator with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of colleagues. A flexible and pragmatic approach to your work and exceptional organisational skills that will enable you to manage a varied workload, with competing priorities and deadlines, is also key success in this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
