A brand new opportunity for a BICs qualified individual to join our team to help lead and direct the staff within facilities. You will be working closely with our clinical colleagues within the wards and also be responsible for relationship building with external partners to ensure The National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021, are upheld.

You, as the successful candidate will work directly with the Facilities Management to cover the day to day leadership of inhouse Housekeeping teams across our two clinical sites in Southampton. The post will require completion of both Cleaning and Catering audits throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in conjunction with our external cleaning provider. You will also use your skills and knowledge gained from your experiences to upskill our colleagues to challenge and drive forward best practice.

This role requires you to have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to the use of a car.

We’d like you to have good working knowledge of NHS practices within Facilities as well as being confident with using IT, specifically Microsoft Office programmes. You should be a confident communicator, as well as being organised and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
