Our Bank Healthcare Support Workers support our Inpatient Wards, where some have a focus on rehabilitation and building patients confidence. We need you to have a caring and compassionate nature, be eager to learn and truly want the best for our patients.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work as part of a varied team, providing planned personal and rehabilitation care for patients following the direction of a multi-disciplinary team in the service you’re working in. You will work with patients to help them fulfil their needs, motivate them through their treatment and ensure patient safety at all times.

As part of our temporary staffing service you will have the flexibility to work at times and in locations that suit you, helping you achieve a good work/life balance. We are looking for Healthcare Support Workers to support our teams in both Southampton and Portsmouth.
