Are you a Qualified Staff Nurse seeking to work Twilight hours (5pm/6pm -10pm)? Leeds Community Healthcare are keen to create a working pattern that suits you.

We are in the incredibly privileged position of caring for people within or close to their own homes. The job of delivering holistic care is incredibly diverse allowing you to constantly develop your clinical skills.
You'll work within one of our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams who offer seamless support and care to our patients. The focus at all times on the individual.
Taking those first steps into a community workplace is an exciting challenge which is why we'll support you each step of the way. This is built upon by our focus on clinical supervision, training and development, and access to a peer support network with other qualified nurses

Community nursing suits people who are comfortable working both independently and within a wider team. You’ll be resilient, motivated and adaptable to working in an ever-changing environment. And of course, you have a passion for providing the best possible care.

There is a statutory requirement for staff in this role to provide nursing or personal care within Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated care homes.

Therefore, in line with new government regulations which come into force on 11 November 2021, anyone employed in this role will need to evidence they have had two doses of a Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) approved COVID-19 vaccine, or that they come within a specified exemption. Evidence of vaccination status should be provided via the NHS app, the NHS COVID pass via the NHS website, or an NHS letter as part of pre employment checks.

 

Car owner/driver or suitable alternative transport to enable you to undertake the job (it is unlikely that public transport will meet this requirement). Reasonable adjustments can be considered in accordance to the Equality Act.
