A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Services/HR Officer to join the gtd healthcare People Services function on a permanent basis.


Working as one of two People Services Officers, you will be responsible for working with set business areas to provide dedicated People Services/HR support, alongside the People Business Partner. You will get to know the managers and employees within your areas, advising accurately on policy and process, being involved in meetings as required, and taking part in other ad hoc initiatives and projects.


This role will encompass the below responsibilities (a full list can be found in the job description):


  • Provide advice and guidance for employees & line managers on day to day HR issues in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the work of the People Services Administrators.
  • Conduct exit interviews and with the People Business Partners, use collected data to inform retention initiatives and strategies involving the wider HR team.
  • Support monthly KPI reporting and providing accurate data to the business.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee relations issues, including disciplinary, absence and performance.
  • Support service restructures and TUPE processes, including support with consultation, changing terms and conditions, and redundancy.
  • Support updates to, and creation of, HR policies & procedures in line with employment legislation.
