Due to exciting developments within Substance Misuse Treatment, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Inclusion Visions team as a Criminal Justice Liaison Team Leader. At Inclusion, we support people across the country with substance misuse issues. As a criminal justice Team Leader, you will make a real difference to offender’s lives as you support them through Substance Misuse and Criminal Justice pathways, jointly working and leading with relevant partner services and agencies. You will be responsible for the line management of our newly formed criminal justice team, which is a wonderful development opportunity. You will be part of a nationwide drive to reduce offending and increase engagement in Substance Misuse Treatment. This will be an opportunity to lead on and support those in the Criminal Justice System in overcoming the challenges and barriers they may face and improve outcomes. Passionate about people, you will enjoy the opportunity to learn and develop, enhancing your own life whilst part of a dedicated, supportive multidisciplinary team.

 

We are looking for a Criminal Justice Team Leader who is skilled and experienced with leading a team. You must have experience of working within a substance misuse team and excellent knowledge of the Criminal Justice System. You will have a commitment to and understanding of recovery based interventions and increasing access to treatment for those within the criminal justice system. You will have excellent communication skill and an ability to be flexible in a fluid and dynamic environment
