Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30-2:30


We are looking for a proactive, highly-organised problem solver with an administration background who is at ease with working remotely and independently but happy to help drive team-spirit in a newly expanding remote working team. We can offer hours to fit caring responsibilities, a compassionate and welcoming team, the ability to sometimes work from home and a great staff wellbeing, pension and pay package.

You will need to be confident using outlook, word and excel and be happy to take on refreshers in these programs. You do not need to have experience working in the NHS, but minute taking experience is desirable so please do mention this in your supporting statement if you do.

You must be happy to pick up the phone and speak to people directly and for this post, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to the use of a car.

We are the Pharmacy Department; where we support the management of medicines throughout the Trust. The Trust works across the Hampshire region in Community and Mental Health. We are a key team in a well-performing Trust and our standards are important to us. We want them to be important to you too.
