An exciting highly remunerated permanent Clinical Lead GP role has arisen with the opportunity to be part of a Primary Care family within a well-established GP Federation. The role is based at Pond Tail Surgery in Godstone, working with a small, friendly and professional practice team to lead and provide high quality services to the 7,000-patients. We believe that general practice can be a fun and supportive environment for GPs and we ensure this through highly developed systems and processes, and support from allied healthcare professionals, such as our pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists and paramedic practitioners.

The Clinical Lead GP will combine clinical work and have dedicated time to ensure the practice offers high quality patient care and takes responsibility for governance and development of the practice.
