An exciting highly remunerated permanent salaried GP role has arisen with the opportunity to be part of a Primary Care family within a well-established GP Federation. You will receive mentorship from experienced clinical directors and have the opportunity to pursue specialist interests as part of our wider portfolio of services.
The role is based at Pond Tail Surgery in Godstone, working with a small, friendly and professional practice team to support and provide high quality services to the 7,000-patients. We believe that general practice can be a fun and supportive environment for GPs and we ensure this through highly developed systems and processes, and support from allied healthcare professionals, such as our pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists and paramedic practitioners.
We are flexible in terms of number of sessions and working arrangements to accommodate family commitments. We are keen to offer support and encourage personal development of all our staff and offer an in-house structured education program.

About us
DHC GP Federation is a patient focused and pro-active community-based provider with strong links to all the GP’s working within our Federation of 3 Primary Care Networks including 10 GP Practices across Surrey from Dorking to South Tandridge.
We have recently been awarded the contract to run Godstone GP Practice from 1st January 2022 and are looking to increase the team of clinicians and GP’s working within the Practice to re-establish the service after a period of considerable change. DHC has a strong commitment to delivering high quality community-oriented services, and to working in partnership with service users, carers, health and social care agencies and voluntary agencies.
