Job Specific Location/Base - Adelaide Health Centre, Southampton

Hours per week - 37.5

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Business Support Team within the Community Paediatric Medical Service (CPMS).

The CPMS service includes the following services:

  • child protection medical service,

  • neurodevelopmental, and complex health needs (PMLD)

  • physical disability, learning disability, general paediatrics

  • feeding & nutrition.

The role of the Business Support Team Lead with CPMS will be to act as the first point of contact for our team, line managing of staff and liaising with clinicians to ensure day to day tasks are completed within SLA’s/KPI’s, service design/changes and patient pathway maintenance. Performance reporting, forward planning and actively seeking opportunities for process and/or service improvements will form part of the role.
