12 Months Fixed Term Contract - Part Time Post (30 Hours)

Are you passionate about providing a patient centred high quality service to patients with Multiple Sclerosis? An exciting fixed term opportunity has arisen in our Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team for a part time Community Multiple sclerosis Nurse.

The Community Neurology Service is based at St Marys Hospital in Portsmouth the team provides multi professional neurological rehabilitation in the community. The successful post holder will undertake assessment and treatment of clients within both clinic and community setting, who have complex / and or chronic presentation requiring specialist skills and determine profession specific and multidisciplinary rehabilitation interventions.

The Community Neurology Service is a Multi- Disciplinary Team, consisting of well -established Multiple sclerosis and Parkinsons Disease Nurse specialists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language therapists, Occupational therapists, Neuropsychologists, and our support workforce. You will receive professional specific and CPD support. The post holder will be a state registered nurse with evidence of post registration learning and be able to evidence managing others and delivering on service developments.
