ICT Service Desk Administrator

The ICT Service Desk provides a support gateway for over 4,000 information, communication and technology users across the Trust, covering software, hardware, voice and data networking issues

As a high performing ambulance trust SCAS strives to deliver the best possible patient care at all times, depending heavily on technology from our virtual call centre through to recording patient information safely at the patients side; this reliance on critical ICT services requires us to provide fast, effective support across the organisation.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has previous service desk / helpdesk experience

  • has admin or call centre experience

  • is able to prioritise their own workload working in a high volume, pressurised environment

  • is customer focused able to explain complex solutions using simple language

Calls to our Service Desk are varied and no two days will be the same, but you can rest assured that every problem that you deal with will make a difference and help us achieve our vision of providing excellent patient care.
