The personality and complex trauma team are expanding countywide and are seeking four enthusiastic occupational therapists to support their mission to enhance services and improve experience for people with personality difficulties.

You will be a part of truly transforming the delivery of mental health services and make a real difference to people’s lives. The team are inclusive, caring and highly supportive of one another and are keen to grow and make a broader difference to the lives of the people who need our service.

This is a unique role where you will be given time, training and high levels of clinical supervision and reflective practice in order to deliver occupationally focused interventions and psychologically informed models of care to a small caseload of people with personality difficulties.

80% of people with personality difficulties would no longer meet the diagnostic criteria following evidence based interventions- this is a real opportunity to have a highly rewarding role where you can professionally develop and use your passion for working with this client group to support the development of staff across all LPFT services and others Lincolnshire services.

You will empower others to challenge the stigma around personality difficulties and ensure equal access to services that focus on empowering the individual to feel in control of their treatment and inspired to live a meaningful life.

We offer 24-hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.
