We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Data Executive to join our Digital Marketing team here at The London Clinic. This role is based in our Head Office in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations) with a competitive salary on offer.

Job Description

The Digital and Data Executive will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the customer-facing digital experience at The London Clinic.

  • Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 9am-5.30pm
  • Location: The London Clinic Administration Building, 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit and manage content for The London Clinic website using the content management system (CMS) Drupal 7, soon to be Drupal 9, following a new site launch in January 2022. Create content in line with brand guidelines and where applicable, manage the end-to-end process of content delivery from agencies, including brief, stakeholder sign-off and upload.
  • Keep key parts of the website up to date, including treatment and consultant directories, liaising with colleagues and consultants to collect relevant information.
  • Design page layouts using existing website components ensuring that providing the best user experience is top of mind at all times.
  • Work with the Digital Manager and our digital agency to implement new site features, carry out user testing across the site and manage support tickets as required.


Skills & Experience

  • A genuine passion for digital and an understanding of the role and impact of digital in the modern customer experience.
  • A data driven mindset when it comes to improving customer experience.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, business information or similar or at least 2 years of work experience within digital marketing.
