An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Directorate to recruit a Lead for Complex care.  This is a new role working with our safeguarding, mental health and complex care practitioners. The post holder will focus on internal work programmes and lead on collaborative work with key partner agencies both national and local, agreeing and delivering services and/or procedures that meet the varied and very complex needs of vulnerable persons.

The post holder will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing innovative and creative models of care management for those people living with complex healthcare needs and users of the ambulance services. Drive quality improvement initiatives at a local, regional and national level. In order to deliver patient focused and safe care.

The successful candidate will be a Health or Social Care registered professional with a relevant MSc degree in advanced practice and enjoy working in a dynamic team who are committed to the provision of high-quality care to the members of the public who use our services.
