We are flexible around start times, which can include a range from 15:30 to 16:00 to allow for school pick-up if people find that helpful. Finish times are set at 20:00. There is a commitment to working one in four weekends. Home visits will be completed with another member of the team and can be organised and written-up using our computerised patient record system (MyCare). When there are no visits planned you will be based on Sidmouth ward working as support staff.

This initiative is in line with the Governments Ageing Well agenda, and we recognise that how it is structured and organised may need to change. We listen to feedback from our staff and service users and you will help to shape the service.
