The Role


We are looking for individuals to work within our team in providing both clinical and administrative support for all women throughout the maternity service.


The Maternity Support Workers will work under the direction of the midwife, supporting with the smooth running of the maternity service. This role includes managing the stock levels of the unit, supporting the cleaning and restocking each shift, checking equipment used on the maternity unit and supporting the ward clerks.



This is an exciting opportunity for qualified individuals who are willing to undertake training and have an interest in working in the NHS environment. Ideally you will have some knowledge of working within a hospital setting.


These roles are for Delivery Suite working shift patterns or supporting the Elective Caesarean Section midwifery team working Monday to Friday.

 

Interviews are expected to be held in November.
