Elmwood Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly reception team. Applicants must be educated to a good secondary standards, have experience of dealing with the general public or have telephony based customer service skills. Whilst experience within a healthcare setting is preferable, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

The Practice is located in the picturesque spa town of Buxton, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Peak District, within a comfortable 30-45 minute commute from Cheshire, Stockport, Tameside & Glossop and high peak areas.The practice has free car parking and the beautiful Pavilion Gardens on its doorstep for lunch break walks.

The successful candidate will have good administrative and IT skills, a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Flexibility will be required with the role in order to meet the needs of the business.
