Are you dynamic and looking for a new challenge? We are looking to recruit a band 5 nurse onto our Gynaecology Day Treatment Unit for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

We are a varied, busy unit, looking after women throughout their journey, from outpatients clinics through to pre-operative assessment and onto our 6 bedded ward area for surgery. We run outpatients clinics ranging from infertility and early pregnancy assessment through to post-menopausal bleeding, colposcopy, hysteroscopy and urodynamic to name a few.

We are a rapidly changing and progressive area, currently running several nurse led clinics and providing opportunities for training in several areas of our care. We pride ourselves on our holistic, professional service.

Our teams of care professionals work with patients and their families to support peoples’ independence, health and wellbeing. We provide support to avoid hospital admissions, and if an admission is necessary, we try to make each patient’s stay in hospital as short and effective as possible before working with them on a safe discharge home.

Our patients (through the Friends and Family Test) regularly report an average of over 95% satisfaction with our services.
